May 31, 2011 (San Antonio, TX) Kappa Delta Chi Sorority Inc. is proud
to announce that Honorary Sister Dolores Huerta will be attending and
participating in KDChi's 20th Annual National Conference being held on
the weekend of June 3-5th in San Antonio, TX. Ms. Huerta will be
delivering the keynote at the annual Emerald Gala Event on Saturday
evening and will provide priceless
guidance to our sisterhood on the topics of community service,
sacrifice, and the importance of individual involvement to change our
world for the better.

April 18, 2011 (Lubbock, TX) Kappa Delta Chi Sorority Inc. is proud to announce the newest Chapter and Colonies to join the Kappa Delta Chi family.
These sisters have worked extraordinarily hard to bring KDChi to their campuses across the nation and are already setting the standard with the many awards and accolades for their service and events. These phenomenal women are true standouts who are known for their strong leadership, civic engagement and their continued dedication to advocacy issues and the community.
Each one of these groups is making waves on their campus and for the first time ever we're so happy to have broken the barrier and are now the very first Latino Greek Organization in the state of Utah. Please welcome all of them with open arms:

KDChi Wins Top Awards at NALFO Banquet in Atlanta, Georgia

April 18, 2011 (Atlanta, GA) Kappa Delta Chi Sorority Inc. is proud to announce the numerous awards garnered at the NALFO Awards over the weekend held in Atlanta, Georgia.
NALFO (National Association of Latino Fraternal Organizations) is the premiere umbrella council for Latino Greek Letter Organizations. The purpose of NALFO is to promote and foster positive intrafraternal relations, communication, and development of all Latino Fraternal organizations through mutual respect, leadership, honesty, professionalism and education. Established in 1998, NALFO has 19 member organizations from across the United States.

NALFO Awards are given out annually to recognize outstanding organizations and individual members of Latino Greek Letter Organizations. Kappa Delta Chi Sorority Inc. received the most awards out of any organization for the 2010 season:

Diana Pena - Pi Chapter, University of Texas at Austin
*Undergraduate Chapter of the Year -
Alpha Sigma Chapter from Florida State University. This is the second consecutive
year they win this award.

*Professional of the Year -

In addition to the awards handed out, a HUGE thank you to Yvonne Hernandez, a KDChi Lambda Chapter Alumna who has served for four years as NALFO Chair. We're so grateful to her and her service! We are especially excited that the KDChi tradition of involvement will continue as NALFO has just elected a new board and we're so happy to announce that a KDChi Pi Alumni sister Jennifer Sanchez will be part of the new team. The newest members of their board is as follows:

This year’s Convention Committee and the Chi Chapter of The University of Texas-San Antonio is proud to invite you to the 20th Annual National Leadership Conference entitled, “Heart & Sol: The Keys of Success”. Last year, the committee asked you to “Choose Your Path” and this year’s theme will equip our sisters with the tools needed to succeed now that they are on the path to success! Once again, we will be offering 3 tracks (alumnae, ambassador, and collegiate) to best serve all classes of members. The tracks will all take time to focus on 3 keys of success; preparation, passion, and perseverance. The bright sol of San Antonio, TX will shine down on a weekend that is sure to provide summer fun and sisterly love to all who attend.
