We are so excited to share that our 2025 Regional Conference will be hosted by our Beta Mu Chapter at Portland State University in Portland, OR! Please remember it is a requirement that every chapter has 2/3 of their active body present for conference. The conference will take place March 7 - 9, 2025. Registration Closes February 7, 2025. The last day for payments is February 14, 2025.
Registration & Hotel Fees:
Undergraduates:
$250 for registration and hotel per sister (4 persons to a room)
All undergraduates will be required to stay at the hotel due to safety measures.
Alumnae Volunteers:
$200 for registration and hotel (alumnae will be assigned 2 person to a room)
National Officers:
$300 for registration and hotel (2 person to a room)
Prices include the following: Hotel accommodation for 2 nights 2 Breakfasts, 1 Lunch, 2 Dinners Snacks/Drinks during conference Materials/Activities for Sisterhood Night and Service Conference Goodie Bag *additional tickets for brunch banquet guest available to purchase for $50
**Please note all payments will be submitted on GreekTrack, which charges an additional processing fee on top of registration costs **All sales are final. Refunds will not be allowed. If you are unable to attend after you have already registered, another sister may take your spot or accommodations will be made to have your goodie bag delivered to you.
