Registration Notes:

Undergraduate chapters will be invoiced via Greek Track for the cost of conference as one entity. What this means is that your chapter will be invoiced for the required 2/3 of attendees via Greek Track. Payment  and individual registration instructions have be sent to Chapter Presidents via email by North Pacific Regional Director Fabi. Invoices will be generated by February 5th. 

Alumnae do not have the option for payment plans, alumnae will be invoiced individually within 72 hours of registration and must pay for the entirety of conference at the time the invoice is generated.

All registration fee payments will be made to the National Organization via Greek Track (just like when you pay your national dues). 

*Greek Track does charge a service fee for payments that is outside of the cost of conference*

Registration will close on March 5th, 2024 at 11:59 pm PST and all payments must be received by this time. All refunds must be requested prior to this date. 

NO LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

 

Conference Check-In Details:

Undergraduate Chapters must be in attendance for the entire duration of conference unless otherwise approved by North Pacific Regional Director and your District Chair. If you need an accommodation it must be requested no later than March 29th, 2024. No accommodations will be approved past this date unless due to extenuating circumstances.
