LUBBOCK, TX - Kappa Delta Chi is proud to announce the addition of four newly inducted chapters to our national sisterhood. These groups have worked tirelessly to prove to their campuses and surrounding communities that they truly uphold the values of unity, honesty, integrity and leadership. We are so proud to have them aboard to make even more impact in the communities we serve.

This fall, four additional chapters will return to their respective campuses to represent Kappa Delta Chi Sorority around the nation. At this summer's KDChi National Leadership Conference held in Austin, Texas June 10-12, Our KDChi family officially inducted Beta Lambda chapter at the University of California, Merced, Beta Mu chapter at Portland State University, Beta Nu chapter at Emporia State University, and Beta Xi Chapter at the University of South Carolina.

KDChi, Sigma Chapter Alumna Andrea Flores worked closely with the groups to bring them through the process. "Each group was persistent in bringing KDChi to their respective universities. If an obstacle arose preventing them from moving forward, they'd brainstorm ways in which to keep the members motivated and engaged. I hold each chapter in high regard and have no doubt that they will have successful futures on campus and in the community," Flores shared.

KDChi’s National Conference served as a celebration for the newly inducted chapters and an opportunity for these women to connect with other sisters and feel the energy of such a powerful network of women leaders. KDChi National President, Melanie Rodriguez was among the first to congratulate and hug the newly inducted chapter members. “We are so excited to have these groups of women become official chapters of Kappa Delta Chi Sorority, Inc. The energy, passion, and dedication these women have shown in growing their respective chapters has been inspiring,” she excitedly said.

As these new chapters return to their respective campuses this month, none will feel alone. They will know they have sisters to reach out to not only for advice but for anything they need. And after attending this summer's National Leadership Conference, each one will have made friendships to last a lifetime.  If you or someone you know is interested in starting a new Kappa Delta Chi Sorority chapter, contact KDChi's National External Recruitment Officer, Claudia Salinas at [email protected]
