Dear Prospective Vendor,

You are personally invited to be one of our leading vendors in attendance for our Kappa Delta Chi Sorority, Inc. Virtual National Leadership Conference!

The vendor showcase will be taking place Friday, July 16, 2021 via Zoom. We will be providing a virtual platform for vendors to share their merchandise and special offers with our members.

This year’s conference theme is, “The Love Between Sisters Knows No Distance.” Over this past year, the COVID-19 Pandemic has left our Sisterhood with the inability to connect in person and has created virtual pathways that have maintained our social, service, and sisterhood activities. As we have all felt the effects of the pandemic, we encourage our participants to reflect, plan, and act on the following questions:

• How have the feelings of isolation affected our individual members, as well as the Undergraduate Chapters as a whole?
• How have the financial aspects due to business closers affected our ability to pay dues? What have we done as an organization to help mitigate this and prepare for future financial hardships?
• What were successful virtual recruitment practices and how did they help strengthen the bond with new members?
• How have we been able to keep Sisterhood and Service meaningful and fun on a virtual platform?

As a vendor, our National Leadership Conference provides you with a platform for marketing and branding your products/services. Through our various sponsorship tiers, your company will have the opportunity to gain a web presence on our national website, national conference website, promotion on our social media platforms, and have access to break-out zoom rooms where you can talk to members and show off your products.
