Kappa Delta Chi

On behalf of the Central Regional Conference Planning Team we are excited to welcome everyone to Sunflower State in Manhattan, KS for our 2024 Central Regional Conference hosted by the Gamma Delta Chapter at Kansas State University!

The registration breakdown is as follows: 

Undergraduate with Hotel* (4 sisters to a room)	$300 per undergraduate member
Alumnae with Hotel (2 sisters to a room)	$375 per alumnae member
Emerald Gala Guest**	$25 per guest

The respective prices include the following:

*Please note hotel assignment priority is for undergraduate attendees, alumnae attending will be second priority.

**Those wishing to bring a guest for the Emerald Gala whether that be a fiancé, boyfriend, etc. will need to find an accommodation for their guest as the hotel block is for sisters ONLY. 

Please take note of the following:

Registration will close on January 5, 2024. All payments will be submitted on Greek Tracks and please note that a processing fee will be automatically added on your invoice. Any refunds that need to be requested must be done within one week after registration closes. After the one week time frame, no refunds will be issued. 

We are excited to offer payment plan options to our membership again this year to alleviate any financial stressors. Please review our payment plan options and schedule of payments below. Upon completing registration you will be invoiced your payment breakdown and schedule. Please know that payment schedules are subject to change. 

Register by October 1, 2023 and split your payments into 4!

Any registrations received after October 15, 2023 will only have the option to pay their registration cost in full.

The entirety of the conference will be hosted at Kansas State University with hotel check in beginning at 3pm CST on Friday February 9, 2024.

Regional Conference will officially begin on February 9, 2024 time TBD and will conclude on February 11, 2024 time TBD.
