Kappa Delta Chi

On behalf of the Central Regional Conference Planning Team we are excited to welcome everyone to Edmond, Oklahoma for the 2023 Central Regional Conference: Racing into Regionals hosted by the Beta Kappa Chapter at the University of Central Oklahoma!

The registration breakdown is as follows: 

National Leadership	$275 per national leadership member
Hotel*	$250 per undergraduate member
No Hotel	$150 per undergraduate member
Alumnae	$125 per alumnae member
Speaker**	$50 per speaker
Emerald Gala Guest***	$25 per guest

*Please note that the hotel accommodation priority is for our undergraduate attendees, thus alumnae attending must select the alumnae ticket and will need to make their own accommodations for the weekend.

**The Speaker ticket cost is reserved for speakers who will need to present virtually or can only attend on Saturday for the workshops. 

***Those wishing to bring a guest for the Emerald Gala whether that be a fiancé, boyfriend, etc. and you wish to select the Hotel registration cost, will need to select the No Hotel ticket as the hotel accommodation is reserved for SISTERS ONLY.

Registration will close on February 17, 2023. All refunds that need to be requested must be done within one week after registration closes. After the one week time frame, no refunds will be issued.

We are excited to offer payment plan options to our membership this year to alleviate any financial stressors. Please review our payment plan options below for our Hotel, No Hotel, and Alumnae registration cost. Upon completing registration and first payment remitted you will be notified and invoiced by the RD with your remaining payment plan breakdown and schedule. 

Register by January 15, 2023 and split your payments into 4!

• Hotel registration cost: $62.50 at the time of registration, $62.50 on January 29th, $62.50 on February 12th, and $62.50 on February 26th. 
• No hotel registration cost: $37.50 at the time of registration, $37.50 on January 29th, $37.50 on February 12th, and $37.50on February 26th. 
• Alum registration cost: $31.25 at the time of registration, $31.25 on January 29th, $31.25 February 12th, and $31.25 on February 26th.

Register by January 29, 2023 and split your payments into 2!

• Hotel registration cost: $125 at the time of registration and $125 on February 12th. 
• No hotel registration cost: $75 at time of registration and $75 on February 12th  
• Alum registration cost: $62.50 at time of registration and $62.50 on February 12th. 

Any registrations received after January 29, 2023 will only have the option to make a one payment at the time of registration.

The entirety of the conference will be hosted at the University of Central Oklahoma with hotel check in beginning at 3pm CST on Friday March 24, 2023.

Regional Conference will officially begin on March 24, 2023 time TBD and will conclude on March 26, 2023 time TBD.
