Kappa Delta Chi

On behalf of the Central Regional Conference Planning Team, we are excited to welcome everyone to Oklahoma for our 2026 Central Regional Conference hosted by the Beta Iota Chapter at Oklahoma State University!

The registration breakdown is as follows: 

Undergraduate Active* (4 sisters to a room)	$325 per undergraduate member
Host Chapter Undergraduate Active	$275 per undergraduate member
National Leadership (2 sisters to a room)	$395 per national leadership member

*All undergraduate active members attending regional conference will be staying at the hotel location with the exception of the host chapter. 

Please note at this time we are not offering the Emerald Gala Guest Ticket option as the capacity of the ballroom is limited. This is subject to change. 

The respective prices include the following: 

Hotel accommodation for 2 nights at Home2Suites by Hilton Stillwater and Best Western Plus Suites

(Due to our region size and hotel location availability in Stillwater, two hotel locations will be utilized this year. Hotel rooms will be booked and confirmed by RD).

2 breakfasts, 1 lunch, and 2 dinners

Please take note of the following:

Registration will close on December 5, 2025. All payments will be submitted on Greek Tracks and please note that a processing fee will be added when submitting a payment. Invoices will be sent to chapters after registration closes. Any refunds that need to be requested must be done within one week after the final payment is submitted. After the one-week time frame, no refunds will be issued. 

We are excited to offer a 4-payment plan option to our chapters again this year to alleviate any financial stressors. Please review our payment plan schedule below. Upon registration closing, chapters will be invoiced. If chapters have any questions about the payment schedule, please contact the Central Regional Director. 

Payment Plan Payment Schedule:

• First Payment - December 12, 2025
• Second Payment - December 22, 2025
• Third Payment - January 5, 2026
• Final Payment - January 19, 2026

The entirety of the conference will be hosted at Oklahoma State University with hotel check in beginning at 3pm on Friday February 20, 2026.

Regional Conference will officially begin on February 20, 2026, time TBD and will conclude on February 22, 2026, time TBD.
